By accessing RR Motors (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) website or purchasing our electric scooters, batteries, or accessories (“Products”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our site or services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order and use our services.

3. Product Information & Pricing

  • We aim for accurate specifications and pricing, but typographical errors may occur.
  • Prices are in INR and include GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
  • RR Motors may update Products, features, or prices without prior notice.

4. Order Process

  • Your order is an offer to purchase. A confirmation email forms a binding contract, subject to payment verification.
  • We may cancel orders (with full refund) if stock is unavailable, payment fails, or fraudulent activity is suspected.

5. Payments

We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and approved finance partners. Payments are processed through secure gateways; RR Motors does not store card details.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Deliveries are governed by our Shipping Policy. Transit delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or government restrictions are beyond our control.

7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for cancellation deadlines, return windows, and warranty claims.

8. Warranty

  • Scooters: 12‑month comprehensive warranty
  • Batteries: 36‑month warranty against manufacturing defects
  • Warranty excludes normal wear, misuse, water damage, or unauthorised modifications.

9. User Responsibilities

  • Comply with all traffic laws and licensing requirements when operating your electric scooter.
  • Perform routine maintenance (tyre pressure, brake checks, battery charging) as per the user manual.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and images on this site are property of RR Motors or its licensors. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

RR Motors is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our Products or website, except as required by Indian law.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Jammu & Kashmir.

13. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
