Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellations:
Orders for electric scooters, batteries, or accessories can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Email us at rrmotors674@gmail.com or call +91 7889540728 with your order ID to request a cancellation.

2. Refund Timeline:
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of confirmation or product return.

3. Return & Exchange:
Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects within 48 hours of delivery. Accessories must be unused and returned within 7 days. Include photos or a video as evidence.

4. Non-returnable Items:
Consumables like brake pads, bulbs, or modified/damaged products due to misuse are not eligible for return.

5. Return Shipping & Inspection:
RR Motors offers return logistics. Items must be returned in original packaging. Ineligible returns will be sent back at customer cost.

6. Warranty:
Our products come with a 3-year battery warranty and 12-month vehicle warranty covering the controller, motor, and frame. Contact us for service details.
